We offer exclusive and innovative products that are made to the highest possible standards using traditional hand crafted methods. “We are big enough to cope and small enough to care”. All of our uPVC units are sourced from quality assured suppliers.
So, it’s worth taking the time to make the right choices. Not only to achieve the perfect look but also to choose products which will stand up to the demands of today’s busy households.
With our comprehensive range of uPVC doors, windows and conservatories you can be sure to find the products that will suit your individual style.
We Care About the Environment
Science suggests man-made emissions play a major role in global warming and, in turn, influence climate change. Home energy use alone accounts for 27% of UK carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions which contribute to climate change. By making buildings more energy efficient we can reduce energy and prevent energy waste. In the UK alone, fitting better windows could reduce carbon emissions by almost 5 million tonnes. The Glass and Glazing Federation calculates that if all UK replacement windows installed were A rated (like our windows) instead of the minimum building regulation specification, each household could save the energy equivalent to making 34,000 cups of teaSince 2008 First Home has been supplying only highly innovative “A” rated energy efficient products, which remain largely unrivalled by our competitors within the same industry.
We’re here to guide you through the available choices, and the sometimes complicated options, and make buying double glazing a pleasant and easy process. For extended peace of mind we offer you an exclusive 10 year warranty on all products. So, you know that whatever you buy from us it is going to last a long time. This ensure maximum value for money.

It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.
1. 1966 : Debbage & Tubby Meet
Through a chance meeting at an apprentice college in 1966, Malcolm Debbage and Barry Tubby decide to form a business five years later.
2. 1974: Kitchens Replaced
Kitchens are dropped from the range and replaced by hardwood and aluminium window sales and manufacture
3. 1975: First Property
Properties are (at first) rented, and subsequently purchased. The first showroom is in Norwich and additional showrooms are rented in Gorleston and then Lenwade.
4. 1982: Lenwade HQ
The Lenwade facility was purchased, new equipment was installed. This represented a giant leap in the companies fortunes as well as a significant investment
5. 1988: More People
D&T began taking on more staff. This meant it had seven full time representatives and two full time marketing teams.
6. 2007: Malcolm Retires
In 2007, after many years of service, Malcolm Debbage decided to retire from the business. He was 60 years old. A search began for new owners…the rest is history.
