These are extraordinary times, and our absolute priority is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and co-workers.
As a precautionary measure against the ongoing risk of COVID-19, the Prime Minister’s statement is clear. With immediate effect as the supplier of non-essential goods we have taken the decision to freeze our business. We will temporarily close all our offices/showrooms and installation depots.
We will continue to honour your contract in the healthiest and safest possible way when it is clear we are able to do so. The majority of our office-based colleagues are now working from home and will offer support in any way we possibly can.
Please take a moment to read below to further assist you in understanding the current position of your contract:
- If you have an installation date scheduled this will of course be rescheduled when the government guidelines advise it is safe to do so.
- If you have placed an order and are awaiting a confirmed survey or installation date, please bear with us and we will be in touch to confirm these dates with you at the earliest and safest time possible.
- Rest assured, it is important to understand that any contracted works will be completed to our high standards when the government advises it is safe to do so, for added peace of mind any deposits/payments you have made are protected by the GGF indemnity insurance.
