Lucy – Trainee Customer Service Team Leader
I joined First Home Improvements in 2019 as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice in the Conservatory Department. Since then, I have completed my apprenticeship and achieved a distinction! After my apprenticeship I was offered a permanent position which I accepted and continued working for the company. I then worked as an Installations Co-Ordinator in a busy team alongside 3 other colleagues for 3 years. I scheduled all the installation work for the South-East region of the company and regularly supported the rest of the team. Since then I have recently been promoted to Trainee Team Leader in the Customer Service Department to further my development and training with the company. I now manage, alongside 3 other Team leaders, a team in the Customer Contact Centre where we are constantly looking for ways to develop and improve. I hope to stay with the company for many more years as I develop my training further!
